Fox PhD The Borderline Personality Disorder Workbook: An Integrative Program to Understand and Manage Your BPD This is a fantastic resource, are you aware BPD only takes an average of 2 years to completely move past to the point of no longer qualifying for diagnosis? Please keep in mind you have to be in a fully stable safe environment for therapy of any kind to be effective. BPD is intense to treat , however the recovery outlook is actually significantly higher then other diagnosis. I thought I would come back and give you this work book link , I'm well aware BPD is extremely difficult. Getting a therapist who will work with you can be rare if not entirely impossible for many. You can infact do self therapy if you need, if you get a therapist, you can work together instead of alone. Regardless, I must emphasize. You will in fact be alright one day. I'm very sorry you have to deal with this condition.

I do not believe I support you being this extreme on the internet at what seems to be listed as 17 years of age. I do however know for those with cluster B and borderline , correct? I believe that's what's mentioned here. Such behavior is quite typical. I would however keep in mind , that if you are in a lackluster situation regarding your care and rights. The ideal solution would be to talk to a free attorney for emancipation. If you have severe medical needs and do not feel independent or comfortable living alone. The other perhaps more controversial take would be to commit a lesser crime to force the hand of those in higher power. I have found success in burning something political in the open in front of police. Although that is a very extreme method, it does get you the help necessary to leave the environment you may or may not be currently trapped in. Also, alcohol doesn't actually work for this method. I also do hope you are not getting into substance use, especially at your age. I wish you luck, with high regards. Hannibal.
